4. How We Collect Data

6. Data Sharing

8. Data Retention

jj5t retains personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to overriding legal, licensing and regulatory obligations. The following general retention guidelines apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your active jj5t account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering and gaming licensing requirements.
• Transaction and financial data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations.
• KYC documentation: Retained for the duration of your jj5t account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure.
• Responsible gaming data (self-exclusion records): Retained indefinitely to prevent re-registration by self-excluded individuals, and for a minimum of five (5) years following the self-exclusion end date.
• Marketing preference data: Retained until you withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications, after which it is updated to reflect your opt-out.
• Technical and log data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security monitoring and fraud prevention purposes, after which it is anonymised or deleted.

At the end of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised in accordance with jj5t's data retention and disposal procedures.

The jj5t platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and over. jj5t does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you must not register a jj5t account, use the platform or submit any personal data to us.

If jj5t becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, that data will be deleted promptly and the associated account will be permanently closed. Any funds in such an account will be handled in accordance with jj5t's regulatory obligations. If you believe a minor has registered on the jj5t platform, please notify our support team immediately.

13. Marketing Communications
