1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jj5t", "the Company", "we", "us" — refers to the operator of jj5t.net and all associated gaming services.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account or accesses the jj5t platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the jj5t website (jj5t.net), its mobile-optimised interface, and all products, services and games accessible thereon.
• "Account" — the individual registered account held by a Player on the jj5t platform.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player and held in their jj5t account, available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player's account subject to specific terms, wagering requirements and restrictions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, including identity and age verification documentation.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — a stake placed by the Player on any casino game, live dealer game, or sports market available on the jj5t platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the jj5t platform is prohibited by applicable local law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jj5t platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the jj5t Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by jj5t, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, slots, promotions, bonus offers, and customer support interactions.

jj5t reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the jj5t platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the jj5t platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. jj5t operates as a strictly adult platform and takes underage gambling prevention seriously.
2. You must register using accurate, truthful and complete personal information. Providing false information at any stage of registration or verification is grounds for immediate account termination.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.
4. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with jj5t or any affiliated gaming platform.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of jj5t or its affiliate companies.

Each individual may register only one account on the jj5t platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jj5t reserves the right to void all bets and transactions associated with the secondary account and to permanently ban both accounts.

4. Account Obligations

As a registered Player, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jj5t login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Keep your jj5t login password secure and not share it with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent jj5t support.
• Notify jj5t immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure your registered contact details — including mobile number and email address — remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Not allow any other person to use your jj5t account. Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Not use your account for any purpose other than personal entertainment. Commercial exploitation of the platform is strictly prohibited.

jj5t will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jj5t platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the account cashier section.

Deposits are credited to your jj5t Real Money Balance following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Deposit processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. jj5t is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• There must be no outstanding active bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements in your account at the time of the withdrawal request, unless otherwise stipulated in the applicable bonus terms.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method selected.
• jj5t reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that trigger internal compliance processes. Such checks may extend processing times.
• All withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jj5t offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed at the point of opt-in. General bonus conditions applicable to all jj5t promotions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified for each offer. Expired offers cannot be retrospectively applied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed in the individual bonus terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, virtual sports, and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• jj5t operates a single-wallet system. Where both Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds are present in an account, Real Money Balance is staked first unless otherwise specified.
• jj5t reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any promotional offer at any time, and to reclaim bonus funds from an account where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or irregular play patterns is detected.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonus funds by contacting jj5t support prior to making a qualifying deposit.

7. Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on the jj5t platform are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party game studios and are subject to those studios' own game rules in addition to these Terms.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or interruption during a game round, jj5t's system will attempt to resolve the round in accordance with the outcome generated at the point of disconnection where technically possible. Where resolution is not possible, the wager for that round will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance as the default outcome.

jj5t reserves the right to void any wager that has been placed in error, that exploits a software malfunction or pricing error, or that is otherwise contrary to these Terms. Players who knowingly exploit errors are subject to account suspension.

8. Sports Betting

The jj5t sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL and international fixtures), football, tennis, UFC and other markets. By placing a sports bet on jj5t, you agree that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly offered and exercised by the Player.
• Odds are offered at jj5t's discretion and may be adjusted prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.
• jj5t reserves the right to void bets on any market where the integrity of the event is in doubt, where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where the event is abandoned without the specified completion criteria being met.
• Maximum stake limits apply to certain markets and events. Maximum stake amounts are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to the Player's Real Money Balance following official confirmation of the result by the relevant governing body.

9. Responsible Gaming

jj5t is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered Players via the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly limits on net losses. Once a loss limit is reached, no further real-money wagers can be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: A timer that alerts the Player after a defined period of continuous gameplay and optionally logs them out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction of account access for a Player-defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the jj5t platform. Self-excluded Players may not create new accounts. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj5t platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an advantage in poker, live dealer games or any other multi-player format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in the platform's favour, whether in casino games or the sportsbook.
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulating sporting events, or placing bets on events in which the Player has a conflict of interest or privileged information.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid transaction reporting thresholds, or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using the platform from a Prohibited Territory or circumventing geo-restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies or similar tools.
• Providing false identity or age verification documents during the KYC process.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive conduct towards jj5t staff or other Players.

11. Suspension & Termination

jj5t reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where jj5t has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player's account activity suggests bonus abuse, money laundering, or fraudulent behaviour.
• The Player's account is subject to a regulatory, compliance or law enforcement request or investigation.
• The Player has failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.

Players may close their jj5t account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jj5t, its directors, employees, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jj5t platform.
• Any interruptions, delays, errors or omissions in the platform's operation caused by factors beyond jj5t's reasonable control, including third-party payment provider outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game statistics or promotional terms, where such information contains a typographical or technical error.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access results from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits jj5t's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Privacy & Data

jj5t processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will never be sold to third-party marketing organisations.

14. Amendments

jj5t may update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jj5t will provide notice to registered Players via the email address on file or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the jj5t platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to request account closure.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj5t holds its international gaming license. You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your use of the jj5t platform, or any bet or transaction placed thereon.

Nothing in this clause prevents jj5t from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information or legal rights.
